Three Sixteen is a 5,000 SQ blank space to host any cooperate meeting  or personal event. We host baby showers, bridal showers, birthday parties, dinners, anniversary parties and rehearsal dinners. We provide the space only you you bring in in rentals, food and alcohol. 

 

We offer multiple options for your event timing (Saturday pricing) Midweek and Friday pricing available, contact for information.

Slot 1: 9AM-3PM Cost $1,750

Slot 2: 4PM-11PM Cost $2,000

Midday buy out: minimum of 8 hrs at $300/hr

Full day buy out 8AM-11PM $3,500

**Wedding receptions require full day buy out to ensure no other events take place that day

150 white padded folding chairs

60" round tables for up to 150 people (pending guest count)

Three white 8ft wooden tables

Four 6ft folding banquet tables

One lounge set to include couch and lounge chairs

One white wooden 8ft bar with two bar back shelves
